Plant Operation Support
- Assist Control Room Operators in daily plant operations.
- Support startup, shutdown, and normal running of plant units.
- Operate pumps, valves, and filters under supervision.
- Carry out field checks on RO trains, intake, and post-treatment systems.
Field Monitoring and Inspection
- Perform routine patrols of plant areas.
- Check pumps, pipelines, tanks, filters, and chemical dosing systems.
- Report leaks, abnormal noise, vibration, or equipment faults.
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Data Recording and Sampling
- Record flow, pressure, level, conductivity, and pH readings in log sheets or digital systems.
- Collect water samples for laboratory analysis.
- Assist with basic on-site testing when required.
Basic Maintenance Support
- Assist maintenance teams during repairs and shutdowns.
- Clean equipment, filters, and work areas.
- Support lubrication, tightening, minor mechanical tasks, and replacement of cartridges, filters, or consumables.
Chemical Handling Assistance
- Assist with safe handling and dilution of treatment chemicals.
- Support chemical dosing system checks under supervision.
- Ensure chemicals are stored and labeled correctly.
Housekeeping and General Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of plant and operational areas.
- Support waste management and environmental housekeeping.
- Carry out additional operational tasks assigned by supervisors.
Key Skills
- Forklift operation and material handling with a license.
- Three years of forklift operation and material-handling experience.
