Preferred Skills & Experience

• Education: Pursuing a bachelor degree in business, commerce, information technology, computer science.
• Technical Stack: Good to have proficiency in SQL and Python, with exposure to low-code tools, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, data analysis, or artificial intelligence-enabled workflows considered an asset. Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies is an asset. Demonstrated interest in understanding core AI concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tokenization, prompting, and the trade-offs between different AI tools and approaches is considered an asset.

• Demonstrate curiosity in business processes and emerging technologies, comfort working through ambiguity, and a willingness to challenge established thinking to help generate new ideas and approaches to problem solving.
