The Associate, People Experience & Operations is responsible for providing timely and accurate support to employees, leaders, and HR partners across a broad range of HR inquiries, transactions, and processes.

The role serves as a first point of contact for operational support, maintains employee data integrity, supports audits and reporting activities, contributes to process improvements and supports the delivery of key HR initiatives and annual programs.

• Provide timely and accurate support to employees, leaders and HR partners on general HR inquiries, policies, processes and Workday transactions.
• Process employee movements and transactions in Workday, including promotions, transfers, leaves, organizational changes, terminations, and other employee related changes.
• Promote and support employee and leader adoption of Workday self-service functionality and other digital tools.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workday to support data integrity, operational processes, reporting, and decision making.
• Participate in audit activities and assist with identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Supports annual operating programs and cyclical activities, including promotions, compensation related changes, reporting, and governance processes.
