Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in campus, early talent or student program management within a large, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle recruitment independently, including intake, sourcing, assessment, offer management and closing.
• Proven program management skills — planning, sequencing and delivering multiple concurrent recruitment cycles and events against fixed external deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to advise senior leaders and hold hiring teams to timelines.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with sound judgment and a high standard of candidate and hiring manager experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Exposure to global or multi-region recruitment, including familiarity with international student work eligibility considerations.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with universities, student associations or community and DEI-focused partner organizations.
• Familiarity with Workday and Phenom for candidate tracking and management purposes
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business or a related field; CHRP/CHRL designation considered an asset.
• Experience designing or facilitating student events, workshops or learning programming.
