Job Purpose
We are seeking a qualified Structural Engineer with certification from Dubai Municipality to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience on-site, particularly with warehouse projects, and some exposure to residential or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and drawings in compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure structural integrity and project requirements are met.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in resolving technical issues arising on-site.
- Support documentation and submission for approvals with Dubai Municipality.
Qualifications & Education (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Certification from Dubai Municipality (mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on site experience with warehouse projects
- Exposure to residential and/or commercial projects is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, standards, and practices
- Proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Licenses And Authority Approvals
- Dubai Municipality certification (mandatory)
