- Develop and implement operational improvements, KPIs, reporting structures, and service strategies.
- Ensure strong coordination with international principals and manufacturers in Europe and Asia.
- Support long term organizational continuity, succession planning, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a technical service organization with multiple engineering competencies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and improving operational and financial budgets.
- Strong leadership background managing service engineers across various disciplines.
- Experience working with international principals, manufacturers, and suppliers.
