- Lead projects from initiation to completion and final handover
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within approved timelines and budgets
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities
- Review project contracts, specifications, and scope requirements
- Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures
- Manage variation orders, claims, and contract amendments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular project progress meetings and prepare status reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company HSEQ policies
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- 10–15 years of experience in construction and oil & gas project management
- Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager or leadership role
- Proven experience managing EPC, infrastructure, industrial, energy, or large scale construction projects
- UAE/GCC project experience is essential
- Experience with ADNOC projects, refineries, pipelines, offshore/onshore facilities, or major EPC contractors is highly desirable
- Master's Degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, or Business Administration is an advantage

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of construction projects.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle from planning and execution through commissioning and handover while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and proven experience managing EPC, infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation to completion and final handover.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within approved timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Review project contracts, specifications, and scope requirements.
- Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures.
- Manage variation orders, claims, and contract amendments.
- Support commercial negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) assessments, and claims management.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor project financial performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project progress meetings and prepare status reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.
- 10–15 years of experience in construction and oil & gas project management.
- Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager or leadership role.
