Role Overview

  • One of our clients in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Sales Engineer.
  • Responsible for promoting and selling Heat Exchangers with MRO solutions to plant end users in petrochemical, power, HVAC, and marine sectors.
  • Key focus is presenting proposal based solutions tailored to client needs, particularly in after sales and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop maintenance opportunities within assigned industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and key decision makers.
  • Understand client operations and provide customized technical solutions.
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the order process, delivery and bills collection.
  • Coordinate with group companies for commercial and technical updates.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Qualifications

  • Having background in Mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Mechanical equipment and after sales service solutions.
  • Work experience in the Critical industrial area (CICPA equivalent) within GCC.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English. Arabic is a Plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
