- Prepare detailed structural Revit model and generate shop drawings including plans, sections, and elevations.
- Work with BIM, Autodesk ACC, and model collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers and architects to develop accurate models and drawings.
- Revise construction documents based on engineer feedback and project updates.
- Maintain an organized filing system for drawings and project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of drafting assignments according to project schedules.
- Utilize Revit and CAD software for rapid drafting and design iteration.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in structural drafting within construction or engineering consultancy
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other 3D software is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities
