Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, water supply, fire fighting, LPG, and pump rooms
- Review Inspection Requests (IRs) and conduct inspections promptly
- Verify compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Monitor installation quality and identify non conforming works; raise observations and NCRs
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation
- Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Witness pressure testing, flushing, balancing, testing, and commissioning activities
- Support review of material submittals and mechanical technical documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 8 years of UAE experience in mechanical inspection and supervision
- Mandatory experience on Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defence regulated projects
- Experience in hospitality, residential high rise, commercial, or mixed use developments
- Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting Systems
- Knowledge of DM, DCD, and local authority inspection procedures

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector to join our MEP supervision team for construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring mechanical installations to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), project
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems including HVAC, Chilled Water, Ventilation, Plumbing & Drainage, Water Supply, Fire Fighting, LPG Systems, Pump Rooms and Mechanical Equipment.
- Review Inspection Requests (IRs) and conduct inspections promptly.
- Verify compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.

- Maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.

Qualifications
