Responsibilities
- Inspect civil and structural works (substructure and superstructure) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to authority requirements and project quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for inspections and daily site activities
- Raise inspection requests (IRs) and follow up for approvals from the Consultant team
- Issue site observations and report non conformances, ensuring timely corrective actions
- Verify materials and workmanship meet approved standards
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and inspection records
- Support the Resident Engineer in day to day supervision and project coordination
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standards
- Assist in snagging, de snagging, and handover processes
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil/structural supervision
- At least 5 years of UAE experience, preferably in Dubai
- Strong experience in consultant side supervision for residential high rise tower projects
- Extensive knowledge of substructure and superstructure works
- Competent in issuing site observations and coordinating with contractors
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
