- Direct the corporate PMO to ensure all projects align with the conglomerate's long term strategy and the Group CEO's vision
- Establish robust project frameworks, performance metrics, and standardized PMO methodologies across multiple business units
- Monitor and report on the financial health, risks, and progress of major initiatives directly to executive leadership
- Translate high level corporate goals into actionable project portfolios and optimize resource allocation
- Partner with subsidiary leaders to manage organizational change and resolve critical bottlenecks in multi entity projects
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience
- Native/fluent in both Arabic and English
- Background in management consulting highly advantageous
- PMP certification highly advantageous
- Local talent already inside KSA, able to join immediately or within 30 days

Role Overview
- A high visibility, executive level role reporting directly to the Group CEO of a major conglomerate based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The position involves leading corporate strategy, managing complex business transformations, and directing the group wide Project Management Office (PMO).
Key Requirements & Logistics
- Location: Jeddah, KSA (Permanent role).
- Work Schedule: 6 working days per week.
- Availability: Local talent (already inside KSA) who can join immediately or within 30 days.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Languages: Native/fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Preferred Assets: Background in management consulting and a PMP certification are highly advantageous.
Main Responsibilities
- PMO Leadership: Direct the corporate PMO to ensure all projects align with the conglomerate's long term strategy and the Group CEO's vision.
- Governance & Standards: Establish robust project frameworks, performance metrics, and standardized PMO methodologies across multiple business units.
- Executive Reporting: Monitor and report on the financial health, risks, and progress of major initiatives directly to executive leadership.
