- Manage international/local supplier relationships to ensure supply chain resilience, competitive pricing, and strict food safety compliance
- Lead cost containment and value engineering initiatives to drive measurable savings
- Collaborate with QA, manufacturing, logistics, and finance to optimize inventory, forecasting, and working capital
- Mentor and lead a centralized procurement team using strict KPI metrics
- Spearhead high stakes contract negotiations in compliance with KSA laws
- Drive the adoption of advanced ERP modules and e sourcing tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive procurement experience, heavily focused on F&B and FMCG manufacturing
- Deep familiarity with KSA market dynamics, regulations, and local suppliers
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Overview
- Client: Leading, large industrial group (FMCG Manufacturing: Food & Non Food).
- Role: Group Procurement Director (Executive level).
- Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (On site, 6 days a week).
- Hiring Scope: Open only to candidates currently residing within Saudi Arabia who can join immediately or within 30 days.
