- Lead and scale a high performing, bilingual team while maintaining relationships with major retail partners and distributors
- Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to identify new product development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership in large scale FMCG manufacturing
- Deep, localized expertise in the Saudi Arabian FMCG market
- Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Candidates must currently reside inside Saudi Arabia
- Available immediately or within a 30 day notice period
- 6 working days per week

Overview
- A leading, large scale Manufacturing / FMCG (Food and Non Food) company is seeking a visionary, dynamic Group Sales & Marketing Director based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a strong turnaround leader to drive commercial growth, transform sales strategies, and elevate brand presence across the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Transformation: Develop long term commercial strategies and lead turnaround initiatives to optimize brand positioning and grow market share.
- Sales & Distribution: Oversee traditional, modern, and wholesale trade channels across KSA to maximize product penetration.
- Financial Accountability: Manage the commercial budget, pricing strategies, and P&L targets to maximize profitability.
- Team & Relationship Management: Lead and scale a high performing, bilingual team while maintaining relationships with major retail partners and distributors.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to identify new product development (NPD) opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership in large scale FMCG manufacturing. Multinational company experience is a plus.
- Market Knowledge: Deep, localized expertise in the Saudi Arabian FMCG market.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Location: Candidates must currently reside inside Saudi Arabia.
- Schedule & Availability: 6 working days per week; available immediately or within a 30 day notice period.
