Role Overview
- A leading large industrial group in Jeddah is seeking a seasoned Internal Audit Manager to report directly to the Group CEO.
- This critical role is responsible for overseeing risk management, internal controls, and operational compliance across the company’s manufacturing facilities.

- Location: Jeddah, KSA (Headquarters)
- Work Schedule: Standard industrial 6 day work week
- Hiring Priority: Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia who can start immediately or within 30 days
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in internal audit or internal controls supervision.
- Industry Background: Must have direct experience working within manufacturing companies.

- Risk & Control Mapping: Identify and document operational and financial risks unique to large scale manufacturing.
- Policy Design & Compliance: Develop robust internal control policies and ensure strict adherence to KSA statutory laws and industrial regulations.
- Operational & Financial Audits: Audit factory operations, inventory, and supply chain systems.
- Reporting & Advisory: Evaluate workflow efficiencies and present detailed audit findings/recommendations to the Group CFO.
- Remediation: Track and follow up on management’s implementation of corrective actions.
