About This Team

  • The Strategy team develops long and short range company strategies, working cross functionally on key strategic initiatives.
  • Key activities include developing the company long range plan, overseeing business transformation initiatives, and advising on strategic initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Thrive in ambiguity and embrace variety, solving strategic problems new to the organization.
  • Bring sharp strategic thinking and curiosity, acting as a thought partner to senior leaders.
  • Tackle complex problems by analyzing market, financial, and consumer information.
  • Own strategic questions end to end, structuring ambiguous problems into clear workplans.
  • Build alignment across cross functional stakeholders and effectively build relationships.
  • Lead workstreams or projects from problem definition through to recommendation.
  • Take ownership of personal growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree an asset.
  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting at a top tier firm or in relevant corporate strategy.
  • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience structuring and solving ambiguous business problems.
  • Experience managing projects or workstreams across cross functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Compensation And Benefits Package

  • Typical hiring range: CAD 112,000–CAD 147,000 annually.
