- Experience structuring and solving ambiguous business problems
- Experience managing projects or workstreams across cross functional teams
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Authorization to work in Canada

- The Strategy team develops long and short range company strategies, working cross functionally on key strategic initiatives.
- Key activities include developing the company long range plan, overseeing business transformation initiatives, and advising on strategic initiatives.

- Typical hiring range: CAD 112,000–CAD 147,000 annually.
