Responsibilities
- Ensure on time delivery of work streams and raise risks to GTM Evolution leadership
- Lead complex and impactful initiatives and work streams under the overall transformation umbrella
- Support the Director, GTM Evolution in exec reporting, materials, updates, and documentation
- Enhance the GTM process by identifying strategic decisions, desired process, and tooling capabilities
- Build trusted relationships at many levels to provide clarity and garner buy in
- Act as an internal advisor to cross functional leaders to define problems and design solutions
- Conduct detailed operational process mapping and capability modelling
- Collaborate with other transformation teams to plan and deliver against objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting and/or direct business management
- Demonstrated people management experience, gained through formal leadership or leading cross functional teams
- Deep understanding of apparel value chain, specifically Product Creation Value Chain
- Strong facilitation and problem solving skills
- Ability to drive problem solving process: frame problems, guide analytical modeling, provide insights
- Proven track record of building relationships, establishing rapport, credibility and trust
- Self motivated, detail oriented, multi tasker who thrives in fast paced environment
- Authorization to work in Canada

Core Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Typical hiring range: CAD 112,000 CAD 147,000 annually.
