About the Role

Responsibilities
- Complete and manage style BOM initiation for mid to high complexity styles from concept through to production readiness
- Maintain data integrity in Flex PLM and other relevant systems
- Organize daily workflow that adheres to GTM deliverables and development timelines
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to solve innovation opportunities
- Mentor and train team on daily activity execution
- Enable communication and influence cross functional partners for issue resolution
- Educate and encourage business oriented perspectives focused on big picture priorities
- Gain support and enrollment of intended audience through verbal and visual communication
- Track and conduct risk assessments and identify High Attention Styles (HAS)
- Present and advise on style development status at key product meetings
- Generate new and feasible ways of working
- Partner with cross functional peers to optimize product through guest insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience; focused training in Technical Design, Product Management, Product Development or relevant experience preferred
- 8+ years minimum industry experience (preferably within Product Development, Product Management or Sourcing departments)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook), Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Proficiency with Flex PLM or similar PLM software is recommended
- Familiarity or proficiency with Gerber Pattern Making and/or 3D software (CLO, Browzwear) is an asset
- Strong applied comprehension of end to end product life cycle
- Attention to detail, initiative, organization, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Practiced in the art of mentoring and training others
- Engage and enroll cross functional peers and leadership at product presentations
- Self motivated, strong sense of urgency, and a collaborative mindset

About This Team
- Product Development is the front line regarding communication with finished goods vendor base, launching sketches, requesting sampling, fitting product, and keeping accurate data library.
- Cross functional working group partnering with Design, Concept, Global Fit, Technical Development, Quality, Merchandising, Finished Goods Sourcing, Raw Materials, and Go To Market operations.

Qualifications
