Position Overview
The Strategy Manager leads the day-to-day design, analysis, and execution management of the corporate strategy function.
The role operationalizes the strategic framework across the Group’s three business sectors by translating executive direction into plans and measurable outcomes.
The role owns the development of the organization’s analytical backbone rather than only executing a predefined process.
Reporting Line
- The role reports to the Chief, Strategy and Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate strategic analysis covering market, competitive, financial, and internal capability assessments.
- Build and maintain Balanced Scorecard objectives and OKR cascades across corporate, sector, and departmental levels.
- Manage strategic initiative prioritization, business case review, and ROI performance tracking.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly strategic performance reports and periodic strategic reviews.
- Ensure analytical output quality and consistency.
- Liaise with sector leadership on strategic alignment matters.
