Front Desk Manager | Healthcare | Abu Dhabi
🔹 Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
in Front Desk / Patient Services / Reception Management, within a
healthcare or medical environment
- Strong experience in managing
front desk and patient-facing operations
- Arabic speaker
is required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience handling patient concerns, complaints and service recovery
- Good understanding of healthcare clinic workflows and patient journey
- Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, insurance and other departments
- Proficiency in
Ms Office
and relevant healthcare/CRM systems
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the
Front Desk And Reception Team
- Ensure smooth and professional
patient registration, appointments, check-in and check-out
- Lead, supervise and support front desk staff to maintain high service standards
- Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with clinical, billing, insurance and administrative teams
- Monitor front desk KPIs, attendance, performance and service quality
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures and healthcare standards
- Support the implementation of initiatives to improve
patient experience and operational efficiency
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management
