A fast-growing technology business is seeking a Strategy & Projects Manager.
The role sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and execution and works closely with senior leadership.
The successful candidate will analyse business problems, develop recommendations, and own projects through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic priorities with senior leadership.
- Lead strategic and transformation projects from concept through delivery.
- Translate objectives into project plans, milestones, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct market, competitor, and commercial analysis.
- Build business cases and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Coordinate initiatives across Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and other functions.
- Track performance, risks, and schedules.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
- Support product launches, market expansion, and growth initiatives.
- Establish project governance and accountability across workstreams.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex problems.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience across strategy, project or programme management, transformation, or strategic initiatives.
- Experience in technology, digital, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or another high-growth environment.
- Strong track record managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commercial understanding of strategic and operational decision implications.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans and outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, proactive, and accountable for delivery.
Advantageous Experience
- Management consulting, corporate strategy, or technology-focused transformation experience is advantageous.
- Experience with digital transformation, product strategy, operating model design, market expansion, or growth initiatives is advantageous.
- Experience in a scale-up or rapidly growing technology organisation is advantageous.
