About the Role
The Business Intelligence Analyst will join a growing Data and Analytics team supporting data-driven decision-making across an expanding international business.
The team works across Business Intelligence, Data Science, Credit Risk, and AI using large and diverse datasets to develop insights and solutions affecting business performance and lending strategies.
The role translates complex datasets into meaningful insights for business and credit-related decisions and collaborates with Data Science, Product, and Business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and monitor BI reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
- Support credit risk analysis and optimize lending strategies.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify potential areas of risk or improvement.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Business stakeholders across different markets.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Strong knowledge of BI tools, reporting, and data visualization.
- Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business performance and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience within fintech, banking, lending, credit risk, or a data-driven environment is highly advantageous.
