Hands-on leadership role focused on high-impact AI and Data Science initiatives.
Takes complex business problems from initial experimentation through production and measurable business impact.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end Data Science and Machine Learning projects.
- Develop and deploy predictive models and advanced Machine Learning solutions.
- Identify high-value AI and Machine Learning use cases with senior stakeholders.
- Mentor Data Scientists and provide technical direction.
- Partner with Data Engineering and ML Engineering teams to productionize models.
- Help shape Data Science strategy, standards, and roadmap.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 8 years of experience across Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Strong Python, SQL, and Machine Learning expertise.
- Proven experience moving models from experimentation into production.
- Experience leading Data Scientists or technically leading complex projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to connect technical work to commercial outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services is highly advantageous.
- A Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Machine Learning is preferred.
