- Conduct in depth research and analysis to support strategic decision making across market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling
- Oversee implementation of PMO driving strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and tracking progress
- Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on time delivery and desired outcomes
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for expansion and growth
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, providing regular updates
- Own design and evolution of OKR framework and drive company wide OKR cycles
- Support preparation of investor materials and participate in investor meetings
- Assist in identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A transactions
- Facilitate communication between executive team and board of directors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related field, with focus on technology or telecommunications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic planning

About the Role
- Airalo is looking for a Strategy Director to join its growing Strategy team and become a driver in shaping the strategic direction of the company.
- This position will support in driving critical strategic initiatives, and contributing to the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in depth research and analysis to support strategic decision making across various areas, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling.
- Oversee the implementation of the PMO driving strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and tracking progress against key metrics.
- Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on time delivery and achieving desired outcomes.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for expansion and growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, providing regular updates to the strategy team.
- Own the design and evolution of the OKR framework and drive company wide OKR cycles.
- Support and lead/co lead on monthly / quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
- Support the preparation of investor materials and participate in investor meetings as needed.
- Assist in the identification, evaluation, and execution of potential M&A transactions, including due diligence and financial analysis.
- Facilitate communication between the executive team and the board of directors.
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics, finance or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, with a focus on technology or telecommunications.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic planning.

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience or exposure to global consumer technology companies
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of high performing individuals.
