Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline
- 10 15 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Portfolio Management, Business Management, Strategy, Finance or Performance Management
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products, credit processes, portfolio management, risk frameworks
- Experience supporting Network Banking, International Subsidiaries, MNC coverage strategies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or equivalent) and presentation tools

Job Purpose
- Lead a team of Credit Relationship Managers responsible for delivering high quality credit proposals.
- Support the Head of CMC in maintaining credit governance, onboarding quality and portfolio standards across COBD.
- Lead business management activities relating to Network Banking, International Subsidiaries and MNC initiatives.
- Own COBD pipeline governance, management information, business performance reporting and advanced analytics frameworks.
- Act as the central coordination point for strategic initiatives, digital transformation projects, management reporting and cross functional governance activities.
Key Result Areas
- Lead a team of CRMs to ensure timely preparation and submission of high quality credit proposals.
- Design and implement controls, monitoring tools and early warning indicators in line with risk appetite.
- Monitor credit onboarding quality, pipeline progression and compliance with agreed processes.
- Support Head of CMC in business planning, budgeting, target setting, performance management and strategy execution.
- Lead business management activities for Network Banking, International Subsidiaries and MNC initiatives.
- Develop and maintain portfolio performance, management information and advanced analytics frameworks.
- Own and govern the COBD origination pipeline, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Lead engagement with Finance and stakeholders for accurate reporting and performance analysis.
- Act as central coordination point for business reviews, governance forums, strategic initiatives and digital transformation.
- Support development and execution of COBD, sector, country and corridor strategies.
- Support Head of CMC in maintaining effective governance and control frameworks.
- Coordinate with Finance, ERM, Compliance, Digital and Technology teams on credit related initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.
- 10–15 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Portfolio Management, Business Management, Strategy, Finance or Performance Management.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products, credit processes, portfolio management, risk frameworks.
- Experience supporting Network Banking, International Subsidiaries, MNC coverage strategies.
- Strong analytical, financial, reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in business planning, budgeting, performance management, portfolio analytics.
- Experience working across Finance, ERM, Compliance, Digital and business teams on transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of management information, data governance and reporting disciplines.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and presentation tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
