- Support and lead monthly/quarterly business reviews
- Support preparation of investor materials and participate in investor meetings
- Assist in identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A transactions
- Facilitate communication between executive team and board of directors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance or engineering
- 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic planning
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred)
- Experience or exposure to global consumer technology companies (preferred)

Job Description
- Airalo is the world's first eSIM store, helping millions of travelers access affordable mobile data in 200+ countries.
- We are a fully remote team of 400+ people across 60+ countries.
- We are looking for a Strategy Director to join our growing Strategy team.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Conduct in depth research and analysis to support strategic decision making across market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling.
- Oversee the implementation of the PMO driving strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and tracking progress against key metrics.
- Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on time delivery and achieving desired outcomes.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for expansion and growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, providing regular updates to the strategy team.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
- Own the design and evolution of the OKR framework.
- Drive company wide OKR cycles (setting, alignment, tracking).
- Support and lead/co lead on monthly / quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
- Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Establish performance culture (accountability, transparency, data driven decisions).
- Support the preparation of investor materials and participate in investor meetings as needed.
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics, finance or engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, with a focus on technology or telecommunications.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
Good To Have
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience or exposure to global consumer technology companies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of high performing individuals.
Salary
- UK: £100,500 £136,500 a year.
- Spain: €89,000 €120,000 a year.
- Specific salary ranges used in offers are determined by where you reside.
