About the Role
Dubai Career Portal is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead to drive operational strategy, business performance, and process optimization. The role involves developing and executing strategic operations initiatives, analyzing business performance, and leading cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic operations initiatives aligned with organizational goals and business priorities
- Translate executive strategies into actionable operational plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Analyze business performance, operational metrics, processes, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and other business functions
- Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, cost drivers, and process gaps
- Develop and implement process improvement, automation, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives
- Establish and monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, operational targets, and business metrics
- Conduct business analysis, scenario planning, forecasting, and performance reviews to support executive decision-making
- Lead strategic projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables are effectively managed
- Evaluate operational risks, dependencies, and business continuity requirements
- Support resource planning, workforce optimization, budgeting, and capacity planning
