IT Executive

Junior to Mid-Level

We are seeking a proactive, technically capable, and customer-focused

to support daily IT operations, maintain technology infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure reliable and secure IT services across the organization.

Current Malaysia-based IT Executive roles commonly cover end-user support, hardware and software maintenance, infrastructure administration, network support, cybersecurity, vendor coordination, and IT project assistance. (Jobstreet Malaysia)

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other business applications.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, access rights, and basic Active Directory functions.
• Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and other network-related issues.
• Manage IT assets, inventory records, equipment allocation, warranties, and software licenses.
• Coordinate procurement, replacement, repair, and disposal of IT hardware and software.
• Maintain IT documentation, system records, configuration information, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage IT incidents and service requests through helpdesk or ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT, infrastructure, security, or vendor teams when required.
• Support system upgrades, software deployments, hardware refreshes, migrations, and IT implementation projects.
• Assist with cybersecurity activities including endpoint protection, access controls, patching, antivirus, and security awareness.
