Overview

  • Keeta is looking for a hands on, results driven Account Manager to grow and manage partnerships with leading F&B enterprises across the Middle East. In this role, you will be a trusted business partner to our merchants, owning growth, performance, and long term collaboration on the Keeta platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain long term relationships with top F&B brands, engaging stakeholders up to C level.
  • Drive strategic account growth by identifying initiatives that improve merchant performance and customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute growth plans.
  • Lead high impact projects such as new brand launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Explore innovative approaches to delivery operations and brand growth using local market insights and platform capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in e commerce or food delivery account management roles.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to understand partner operating and cost structures.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and strong execution skills.
