- Be responsible for daily data reporting, conduct in depth analysis and interpretation of business data, monitor all links, identify existing problems and assist in formulating corresponding solutions
- Assist in optimizing the existing process management, promote the development and implementation of business, timely understand the dynamics of the front line sales team, and form feedback
- Take full ownership of the performance of assigned business lines, ensuring on time deliveries, cancellation rates, customer satisfaction and growth targets are consistently met
- Coordinate resources and collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure operational readiness with go to market strategies and campaigns
- Undertake other work that can support the business team to achieve better performance indicators
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations
- Prior experience in food delivery/restaurant brand operations preferred
- Fluent in English for business communication

Job Requirements
