About the Role
Keeta is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to manage legal affairs in the Middle East, ensuring business compliance. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, handling regulatory matters, and building compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Manage local legal affairs in Middle Eastern countries to ensure business compliance
- Draft, review, and translate contracts and legal documents in Chinese and English
- Handle daily legal consultations, compliance checks, government inquiries, and regulatory communications
- Assist in establishing and improving subsidiary compliance systems and legal risk prevention mechanisms
- Develop and maintain a pool of external lawyers and legal service providers
- Support internal training and legal awareness initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in law
- 7+ years of legal work experience in cross border legal affairs
- Fluent in English, with ability to draft and translate legal documents in both Chinese and English
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with government regulatory processes and inquiries
- Excellent communication and cross cultural adaptability
- Experience in internet, logistics, or food delivery industry preferred
- Work experience in Kuwait or Qatar preferred
- Legal practice qualification in China or other countries preferred
- Arabic language skills preferred

- 负责公司在中东国家的本地法律事务，确保公司业务合规运营。
- 起草、审核、翻译中英文合同、协议及法律文件，协助业务部门处理各类法律问题。
- 处理日常法务咨询、合规检查、政府问询、监管沟通等事项。
- 协助建立和完善子公司合规体系、法律风险防控机制，落实总部合规制度政策。与本地法务和全球法务团队协作，确保跨司法管辖区法律框架和合规标准的一致性。
- 开发、维护外部律师、律所及其他法律服务供应商资源池。
- 支持公司内部培训、法律宣传及员工合规意识提升。
任职资格
- 法律相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 7年以上涉外业务法务工作经验，有跨境法律事务处理背景或有英语国家海外教育经历。
- 英语流利，具备法律文件中英双语起草、翻译和沟通能力。
- 具备分析能力、解决问题能力以及向非法律人员解释复杂法律问题的能力。
- 熟悉政府监管流程，有政府沟通能力及政府调查、问询应对经验，能够处理政府合规、调查等相关事务。
- 良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神及跨文化适应能力。
- 工作细致严谨，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力、在快节奏环境中管理复杂法律项目，乐于接受新鲜事物、迎接挑战。
- 有互联网、平台、物流、仓储、外卖等行业法务经验者优先。
- 有科威特或卡塔尔工作经历优先。
- 具有中国或其他国家法律执业资格优先。
- 会阿拉伯语者优先。
