About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue supplies and equipment and compile records of supply transactions
- Verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse, tool room, supply room or other areas
- Maintain records of orders and the amount, kind and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory systems
- Compile the records of the supplies and check the supplies from time to time
- Receive materials and distribute to all stores at sites
- Coordinate between all stores at sites
- Advise internal users on appropriateness of parts, supplies or materials requested
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma
- Experience of 1 year in Receiving or 2 years Storekeeping in a hotel
- 3+ years of experience as store keeper or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
- Competencies in data entry, analysis and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials

- Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit

Required Skills

Compensation
- Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
