About the Role
OceanAir Travels seeks an HR Personnel Coordinator to manage personnel administration, compliance with UAE Labour Law, employee records, payroll support, and visa processes. You will coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.

Responsibilities
- Manage employee personnel files and HR documentation
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and probation follow ups
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, certificates, and other HR documents
- Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, labour card, and work permit processes with the PRO
- Review attendance, leave, overtime, and prepare monthly payroll inputs
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and support HR audits
- Respond to employee HR related inquiries while maintaining confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of UAE HR Personnel experience
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR documentation
- Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and payroll coordination
- Hospitality or multi company group experience is preferred
- 2+ years of Hospitality experience
- Arabic speaker
