Job Description

  • We are seeking a professional and experienced Butler to provide personalized and anticipatory service to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized and attentive service to residents and guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
  • Manage household operations, including overseeing staff, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Coordinate and execute formal dinners, parties, and other events, including menu planning, table setting, and service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the residence, including managing inventory of household supplies and amenities.
  • Assist with wardrobe management, including caring for clothing, coordinating dry cleaning, and packing/unpacking for travel.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing schedules, making reservations, and handling correspondence on behalf of the employer.
  • Ensure security and privacy protocols are followed at all times, including monitoring access to the residence and safeguarding valuables.
  • Provide chauffeur services as needed, including driving residents and guests to appointments, airports, and other destinations.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism in all interactions, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of residents and guests.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar role, preferably in a private household or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and discreetly with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation, with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of formal etiquette and protocol, including table service, event planning, and household management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with other household staff and team members.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the schedule and preferences of the employer.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality, with a commitment to maintaining the privacy and security of the employer and their guests.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and screening processes as required.

Pay

  • AED 2,000.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
