Role Summary

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail oriented and reliable Store Keeper to manage our materials, tools, and inventory efficiently, ensuring smoo

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Maintain accurate and updated inventory records (manual and system based)
  • Organize and manage storage of materials (timber, hardware, fittings, fabrics, tools, etc.) ensuring safety and easy accessibility
  • Issue materials to site teams and projects based on approved requisitions
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely reordering
  • Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and categorization of all stored items
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store/warehouse
  • Prepare stock reports (inward, outward, damaged, and reorder reports) for management
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and procurement team for material planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma; Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is a plus
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in interior design, fit out, construction material shop, or joinery industries
  • Familiarity with interior fit out and construction materials (wood, laminates, hardware, glass, fabrics, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Experience using inventory management software / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, or similar)
  • Valid driving license is an advantage

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and record keeping skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Should have stable and consistent career experience
  • Good communication skills (English; additional languages a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks
  • Honest, reliable, and a strong sense of accountability
