- Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger entries
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Reconcile inventory records and monitor stock valuation
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, auditors, and banks
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and statutory requirements
- Support payroll processing and employee expense management
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 4 years of accounting experience
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or wood/timber industry is preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, or SAP
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and VAT compliance
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Must have experience in UAE in wood industry

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's financial records, accounting transactions, and reporting activities.
- The ideal candidate should have 3 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the wood, timber, manufacturing, or trading industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger entries.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 AED 4,000.00 per month.
