- Lead and manage all finance, accounting, and treasury functions
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long term financial plans
- Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements
- Oversee project costing, profitability analysis, and financial performance of ongoing projects
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting operations
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, corporate tax requirements, and other statutory obligations
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement financial controls
- Establish and maintain effective financial policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and credit facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent preferred
- 5–6 years of UAE experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably in Interior Fit Out, Construction, Contracting, or Engineering
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting
- In depth understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations
- Experience in ERP and accounting systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Job Summary

Requirements
