About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Arrange proper storage of materials, tools, and equipment in the warehouse/store
- Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions and maintain issuance records
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/WMS systems and update inventory movements regularly
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock to concerned department
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and safe handling of stored materials
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for inventory related activities
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards in the store/warehouse
- Prepare stock reports, inventory summaries, and consumption reports as required
- Assist in preventing stock loss, damage, and mismanagement of materials
- Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control and store management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain is an advantage)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in warehouse operations
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred
- Good understanding of warehouse safety and material handling practices
- Basic computer skills (Excel and inventory systems)
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills
- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience
