About the Job

  • We are seeking a proactive and people oriented HR Executive to support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR administration, and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, HR letters, and other employee related documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities, including clearance and final settlement.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Assist in processing visa applications, work permits, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and other employee related documentation.
  • Support performance management processes, probation reviews, employee appraisals, and development initiatives.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, leave, recruitment, and other management reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
