- Liaise with UAE government authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Municipality, and Free Zone authorities (e.g., JAFZA, DMCC, DIFC)
- Process company trade license renewals, amendments, and regulatory approvals
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding documentation in coordination with HR
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws and company regulations
- Coordinate document attestation, notarization, legalization, and translation processes
- Maintain accurate records of all PRO related transactions and government submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures
- Hands on experience dealing with UAE government authorities including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, municipalities, and Free Zone authorities
- Proven experience in processing employment visas, Emirates IDs, labor contracts, trade license renewals, company registrations, and regulatory approvals
- Familiarity with UAE government online portals and e services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
