Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents, reporting any damages, shortages, and discrepancies
- Unload, organize, label, and store materials systematically in designated locations following proper handling practices
- Maintain accurate and up to date inventory records using manual and digital systems
- Issue and dispatch materials to operational teams in a timely and controlled manner
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as stock registers, delivery notes, and reports
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards at all times
- Operate material handling equipment safely and ensure proper use of lifting tools and gear
- Adhere to Permit to Work (PTW) systems and maintain awareness of all related procedures
- Apply ADNOC Life Saving Rules and maintain a strong HSE mindset in all activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 6 years proven experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory control, preferably in marine, offshore, or oil & gas environments
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software (e.g., MS Excel)
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety standards, material handling, and lifting operations
- Good organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks

Overview
- We’re urgently looking for a reliable and detail oriented Storekeeper with strong experience in inventory management and warehouse operations, ideally within the marine or oil & gas industry.
Responsibilities

- Unloading, organizing, labeling, and storing materials systematically in designated locations following proper handling practices.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 5 6 years proven experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory control, preferably in marine, offshore, or oil & gas environments.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software (e.g., MS Excel).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety standards, material handling, and lifting operations.
- Understanding of Permit to Work systems and HSE practices is an advantage.
- Good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks when required.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., forklift operation, inventory, or HSE training) are preferred.
