Role Overview
Lootah Group is hiring a Storekeeper for Emirates Specialized Industries' joinery, aluminum, and marble division.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and verify them against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Record receipts and maintain inventory, issue, transfer, and stock balance records.
- Prepare delivery notes for materials dispatched to project sites.
- Conduct stock checks, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
- Issue materials to production units against approved requisitions.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, and housekeeping of warehouse materials.
- Coordinate material availability with procurement, production, and project teams.
- Report shortages, damaged materials, and slow-moving items to the Store or Operations Manager.
- Collect production requirements, prepare requisitions, obtain approvals, and forward approved requests to procurement.
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse standards.

- Work is performed in person in a warehouse or store environment.
Requirements
- Ability to receive incoming materials and verify them against delivery notes and purchase orders is required.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory, receipt, issue, transfer, and stock balance records is required.
- Ability to prepare material requisitions and obtain the necessary approvals is required.
- Knowledge of proper material storage, identification, housekeeping, safety procedures, and warehouse standards is required.
- Ability to assist with periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation is required.
