Job Purpose
Manage store and inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock records, proper stock movement, reconciliation, and timely availability of technical materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store and inventory activities and monitor incoming, outgoing, and transferred stock.
- Conduct stock reconciliation and physical counts, investigate discrepancies, and document stock adjustments.
- Maintain inventory records in ERP/Odoo and monitor slow-moving, damaged, obsolete, and excess stock.
- Maintain proper storage and identification of spare parts, tools, materials, and consumables.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Technical teams.
- Prepare inventory reports and KPI updates.
- Supervise store staff, maintain store discipline and organization, and ensure compliance with inventory procedures.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations.
- Technical industry experience in automotive, spare parts, metal or fabrication, engineering, electronics, or machinery is preferred.
Skills
- Inventory and stock control, ERP/Odoo, MS Excel, stock reconciliation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Team supervision, problem solving, communication, and coordination.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
