Job Purpose
Assist the Electrician with electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across the factory.
Ensure assigned work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to instructions.
The work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical installation, maintenance, repair, wiring, cable routing, connections, lighting, and basic electrical work.
- Assist with installing and replacing fixtures, switches, sockets, and related components.
- Prepare and handle electrical tools, materials, and equipment.
- Help identify faults and report issues to the Electrician or Supervisor.
- Support preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Maintain housekeeping and properly store tools and materials.
- Follow drawings, instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Report unsafe conditions, damaged cables, exposed wiring, and other hazards immediately.
Requirements and Safety
- Previous experience as an Electrician Assistant, Helper, or similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical tools, materials, workplace safety, and PPE.
- Willingness to learn electrical installation and maintenance work.
- Physically fit for work in a factory environment.
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.
- Must not work independently or on energized equipment without proper training, authorization, and supervision.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,200 to AED 1,500 per month.
