Job Summary
Manage the procurement process, supplier relationships, cost control, and timely availability of materials required for company operations.
Preferred Technical Background
- Technical background is preferred, particularly in automotive, spare parts, electronics, engineering, sheet metal, fabrication, or other technical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business requirements.
- Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely procurement.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier records.
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance teams for procurement requirements.
- Monitor material availability and avoid delays in operations.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement and supplier management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of purchasing processes and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities.
- At least two years of experience in the automotive or technical industry.
