Job Purpose
Oversee inventory control activities by monitoring stock movements, conducting reconciliations, analyzing inventory data, and ensuring accurate and reliable inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory transactions and stock movements.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Generate inventory control reports and KPI dashboards.
- Monitor stock accuracy and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate periodic physical stock counts and annual stock audits.
- Analyze inventory trends and recommend stock optimization measures.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance departments.
- Support ERP inventory management and system updates.
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory.
- Document inventory adjustments and approvals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum four years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or stores operations.
Skills and Competencies
- Inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Odoo.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail, problem solving, communication, coordination, and analytical thinking.
Pay
- AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- In person.
