- Achieve company objectives and ensure highest levels of customer service
- Implement operating procedures as per company and brand standards
- Promote the Loyalty Program to maximize loyalty and repeat sales
- Brief and guide staff on achievement of daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of new product, trend and fashion directives
- Ensure minimal stock loss and manage stockrooms
- Apply creative techniques to achieve/exceed store sales target
- Weekly audit store administration and resolve discrepancies
- Manage daily roster, leave and grievances of retail staff
- Maintain visual merchandising standards at all times
- Supervise store and provide feedback to Area Manager
- Ensure awareness and vigilance of security in the store
Requirements
- Must be fashionable / well groomed and possess up to date product knowledge
- Experience in retail store management or similar role
- Ability to achieve sales targets and implement operating procedures
- Knowledge of visual merchandising standards
- Must be physically fit to stand for extended hours and heavy lifting

Position Objective

- Provide feedback to Area Manager and Operations Manager regarding employees and products.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain knowledge of new product, trend and fashion directives at all times.
- Ensure minimal stock loss manage stockrooms.

- Ensure required stock levels to maximize sales.
