Position Overview

  • Store Manager reporting to Retail Supervisor.
  • Purpose: Create an addictive experience for clients ensuring sales in accordance with Sephora DNA and Attitude, meeting objectives set by Shop/Store Manager.

Missions

  • Client Experience: Assist and guide clients on appropriate products, support team in product demonstrations, display exceptional image and body language.
  • Sales: Use Sephora Attitude and selling techniques to maximize each client's basket, contribute to achieving store monthly turnover and KPIs.
  • Operations: Apply policies and procedures, support merchandising, assist in all departments, contribute to store image and audit findings.
  • Know How: Keep knowledge and skills up to date through training and digital platform.

Qualifications

  • Proven successful sales and service in store.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in sales.
  • Strong selling techniques.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Punctual and innovative.
