- 1 2 years of experience as a Store Manager with proven track record for driving sales and profit results

- Good computer skills including Outlook, Excel, SAP, and detailed report analysis

Overview of the Role
- The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the store meets sales targets while maintaining high levels of profitability and customer satisfaction.
- This includes managing store operations, ensuring merchandising standards are met, and overseeing the training and development of store staff.
What You Will Do
- Sales & Profitability: Meet or exceed profitability expectations; create and execute strategies to maximize store sales and control expenses.
- Operational Effectiveness: Control company assets by adhering to loss prevention measures; execute and comply with company policies and store procedures.
- People Development: Support recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining high quality associates; lead by example in training and providing ongoing feedback; organize weekly staff meetings and daily briefings.
- Customer Experience & Sales: Ensure excellent customer service at all times; maintain visibility and lead by example on the sales floor; implement all visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, and maintain cleanliness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Excel and SAP.
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- 1 2 years of experience as a Store Manager with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results.
