Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high performance selling environment

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Business acumen and analytical thinking
- Talent recruitment, retention, and development skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point of sale systems
- At least 18 years old and eligible to work in Canada
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
